Description: The employment of an African theme in this design gives a sense of Balance and Belonging. The provision of clearly defined open Terraces for out-door activities also adds up to the cultural setting of the building. The integration of the outdoors in contemporary Ghanaian houses is rooted in spiritual beliefs and practical solutions derived from the traditional house types. Coupled with this is the choice of materials, textures and colours to reflect the needs of a cosmopolitan.  The strong variety of foliage together with the strategic placement of colour gives the desired beauty to the setting and emphasis to the tropical character.
